You can choose any race date you want. Depending on your starting level we recommend that you choose a training period in these intervals:

  • Beginner, marathon: 5-8 months
  • Beginner, half: 3-6 months
  • Experienced, marathon: 3-7 months
  • Experienced, half: 2-4 months
