You want to change something related to all weeks in your plan - e.g. number of training days in a week, your “long run” day or your level?
You do this by changing your plan settings. Be aware though that you design a new plan, when you change your settings. So always consider - before changing your settings - if you could use some of the standard edit functions instead. If you are in doubt contact Boost Support and tell us your considerations.
To change your plan settings choose Help > Settings > Plan Settings
NB! Your goal is about the only thing in a Boost Plan that cannot be changed! Contact Boost Support to find out your options!
