It is crucial for your progress that your training zones are set right. If you think they are not, you have these options:

  • Add results to your track record
  • Add an estimate
  • Add at test result
  • Contact Boost Support, and we get a coach to evaluate your setup

If you are temporarily below your normal level – for instance because you have been sick – you can set new training zones temporarily. Choose: Tools > training zones > manually adjust. After 3 weeks, they will be reset.
