It´s important that you plan in some really long trips to strengthen your endurance and to give you an extra amount of surplus when approaching your goal. You need both some intensity and a good amount of volume in your next training program. To train optimal toward your goal, we recommend that you - after a startup period - choose to exercise 3-7 days per week. Ideally 4 days. You have indicated you may run up to 2 days per week, which we therefore advice you to raise to at least 3 days.
