Marathon training help

Hi. I am a "big" runner. I have a build more suited to rugby, but now love running. I have been running for 3 years and have completed 4 marathons with times ranging from 4.12 to 4.20. I would love to break 4 hours, but always hit the wall and run out of steam. I need a good training plan and nutrition plan for my next marathon which is Paris - 3 April 2016. I do work long hours Monday to Thursday, so I always need to bear that in mind too.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks. Mark
