Adjustment of your plan

Translate Talks to:

Hi Rosie,

I was told to check and adjust your plan. Especially to give you a bit more speedwork.

I have gone through your settings and stepped up your skill level a bit. I hope you find this challenging plan good. If you do get to weeks that feel too hard it´s okay to skip a training day every other or third week. Rather than pushing it too hard.

Have a nice training...

Hi there,

thanks so much for ajustiing my plan - seems like a good challenge:) I´ll see how I go! Is it ok to run on Tuesday Thursday rather than Tuesday & Wednesday?

thanks

Yes absolutely. If you want to reflect it precisely you can adjust each week as you plan it in details. There - under edit week - you can switch days etc.

HI there,

Thanks so much for your help in setting up my plan. Just one more question:) Each of my training sessions in the week require running through hills/terrain. The area I live in isn´t exactly flat, but I´m not sure if it is considered as hills. If I´m not running hills/terrain do I need to up the kilometres in my training?

Thanks again,

Rosie

Hi Rosie,

Small hills is okay. Or another kind of resistance like sand, grass or even just running a bit faster like in the upper end of your training zone, e.g. Z2 fastes speed.

I hope this helps
