I am sorry that I am asking so many questions. I had to miss one session this week due to illness and there´s not a lot of time between now and the race so I have just adjusted my plan to run 4 days instead of 3. Is it better to run 4 days to prepare for the race?

I believe your plan looks great. It will ensure you shouldn´t get overloaded. Only be carefull if you keep getting ill. That is a sign of you need to relax and recover before stepping up. You should be ok even with 3 days per week as the plan priorities the most important training.
