All plans start with a running-in to take you from current level to the one needed to reach your goal. That could result in another number of training days for a start.
After your running-in you can occasionally experience a week with a change in your number of running days. This is due to the ongoing adjustments made in your plan to ensure that you get the optimal load of training.
